Our experience with Rich & Sandy Marquez was truly a blessing! We listed our home, in March of 2014, with a Realtor who had a poor work ethic. Our home, which is in a very sought after private community, in Rancho San Clemente, sat on the market for 5 months, with only four viewings, before we severed our commitment with the Realtor.
