We had an excellent experience with Joe this week. After the first rain of the season we had a leak in our garage roof. Not knowing who to call for help, I began making phone calls to find an experienced roofer. I was so happy that Joe returned my call right away, and set up an appointment with me to assess the situation. Upon arrival, he took the time to take photos and make a diagram of the roof area and explained to me the best course of action. He then proceeded to repair the roof right away. I am so relieved that we are ready for the next round of rain next week. Thanks to Joe for being punctual and available to help with a situation that could not wait. I highly recommend Joe, and I really appreciated his concern and professionalism.
