I went to Kellys with my daughters. I bought an apple fritter and it was burnt. Ive NEVER had a burnt apple fritter before from any donut shop ive ever been to. I let the store know about it in a kind manner and the response was a matter of fact "ya those get burnt sometimes... *walks away*." Not impressed with their attitude both for their own quality control nor for their care for their customer. As a cherry on top, they also passed down a surcharge for using credit card without any warning or notice. Would happily rate this place higher but "ya 2 star ratings happen sometimes," like right now.
