Our roof was over 30yo, the fascia constantly kept having problems, and we had been told (four years ago) that the papers under the tiles were disintegrating! Time for a new roof... We got two quotes from different companies. One of them, of course, being from Dan Mallet from JL Ray. We were really impressed with how through Dan responded to all of our questions. He had a drone and took some amazing photos from above that really helped us figure out some of our issues. After he came over, he emailed the quote over promptly and they were very competitive. We were very happy with signed with them. We were constantly kept updated with where we were on the schedule, the team was respectful and cleaned up after themselves, and they coordinated with our solar company. Really painless and easy for us! When the roof inspector came over, he said he was really impressed with how it was all constructed!
